A former top official at Facebook and his girlfriend
are planning to get married in Big Sur next month, and
while he's pulling out all the stops for the
multi-million-dollar affair, he apparently overlooked
one small requirement: a coastal permit for all the
construction he's doing. Will the wedding have to be put
off? Chris Counts reports.
